pklk Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service offered through pklk.net (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "pklk", or "we"), you (hereinafter referred to as the "Player", "User", or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into this document.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of any portion of pklk.net, including browsing publicly accessible pages without registration, constitutes implicit acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pklk regarding your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements — whether oral or written — between you and pklk relating to the subject matter herein.

pklk reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, pklk will notify registered players via on-platform notification or the email address associated with their account. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The pklk Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. Any individual who is under 18 years of age is expressly prohibited from accessing or using pklk in any capacity.

In addition to the age requirement, players must satisfy the following eligibility conditions to use the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or representative for any third party when registering or depositing funds.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You must not be employed by pklk, or be a close relative (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of a pklk employee, in a capacity that could give rise to a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently excluded from the pklk Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

pklk reserves the right to request age-verification documentation from any player at any time, without prior notice. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence that clearly displays your name and date of birth. Until satisfactory verification is provided, pklk may suspend withdrawal rights or restrict access to the full range of Platform services.

Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately. All deposits made by an underage account holder will be returned to the originating payment source where technically and legally possible. Any winnings or bonuses accrued by an underage account are forfeited in full and will not be disbursed.

To access the full range of services offered by pklk — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or any false personal information at any stage of the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. pklk will never ask you to share your password with any member of our team. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify pklk immediately via live support and change your password without delay.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to platform security and responsible operations, pklk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds a specified threshold, or at any point where pklk deems verification necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Proof of identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of payment method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, confirming ownership by the registered account holder.

pklk processes KYC documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are handled securely and are used solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and protecting your account.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. pklk shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials. You agree not to share your account with any other person and not to permit any third party to use your account to place bets or play games.

All financial transactions on the pklk Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pklk supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your pklk account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, please retain your transaction reference and contact our support team.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted under any circumstances. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. pklk aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission during standard operating conditions. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. pklk does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals; however, the receiving payment provider may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their published rates.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Funds that form part of an active bonus cycle cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been satisfied in full, as described in Section 5 of these Terms.

Currency and Conversion

pklk accounts operate exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by pklk on deposits or withdrawals processed in Bangladeshi Taka. If you deposit via Visa or Mastercard in a foreign currency, your card issuer's standard conversion rate and any applicable foreign transaction fees will apply — these charges are the responsibility of the cardholder and are outside pklk's control.

pklk offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be made available on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

General Bonus Conditions

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a fully verified pklk account in good standing.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• If a withdrawal is requested while an active bonus is in play and the wagering requirement has not been satisfied, pklk reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings generated from it prior to processing the withdrawal.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and betting markets that contribute to wagering requirements as specified in the promotion terms. Certain game categories — including live casino tables and specific slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering clearance.
• pklk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed and activated a bonus will not be retroactively disadvantaged by mid-promotion changes where technically avoidable.
• Attempting to exploit promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts, the use of automated software, collusion, or any other fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses expire 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at the time of expiry will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or reissued under any circumstances.

As a condition of your continued access to and use of the pklk Platform, you agree to comply with the obligations set out in this section. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the Platform, the fairness of games and betting markets, and the interests of all players.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent points where pklk requests information from you.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not permit any third party to access or use your account.
• Use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in good faith, and in compliance with these Terms.
• Notify pklk promptly if you become aware of any error, technical fault, or miscalculated odds that may give rise to an unfair advantage.
• Comply with any reasonable request from pklk for account verification, identity confirmation, or transaction documentation.
• Inform pklk if you wish to activate responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits, session reminders, or self-exclusion.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using or attempting to use any automated software, bot, script, scraper, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through your pklk account.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.
• Attempting to access portions of the Platform that are not intended to be publicly accessible.
• Publishing, distributing, or reproducing any content from the pklk Platform without prior written consent from pklk.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward pklk staff or other players via any Platform communication channel.

Breach of any of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any account balance (including withdrawable funds), and may be referred to appropriate authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

pklk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within a reasonable time frame.
• Underage access — any account determined to be operated by a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools available in the account dashboard or via live support.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your pklk account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. Before closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your access to the Platform will be terminated. Any active bonuses, free spins, or promotional credits will be cancelled and are non-refundable. pklk will retain records relating to your account as required by applicable record-keeping and anti-money laundering obligations, notwithstanding account closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months. pklk will attempt to contact you at the registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.

The pklk Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pklk makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or compatibility with all devices and operating systems.

pklk shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the Platform or any part of it.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyber-attacks, or circumstances beyond pklk's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from betting or gameplay decisions made by you on the Platform.
• Errors, delays, or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information, statistics, or odds data displayed on the Platform.

In any event, pklk's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pklk's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pklk's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of fairness and good faith. Any dispute arising in connection with your use of the pklk Platform should in the first instance be directed to our support team, who will endeavour to resolve it promptly and equitably.

If you have a complaint that has not been resolved to your satisfaction through our support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected], marked clearly as a formal complaint. pklk will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and issue a final response within 28 calendar days of receipt.
