Responsible gaming is not a policy checkbox at pklk — it is a core part of how we design and operate the platform. The tools below are available to every registered player at no cost, accessible 24 hours a day from your account settings or via our live chat support team.
Every new account on pklk undergoes identity verification before deposits and gameplay are enabled. Players must confirm they are 18 years of age or older. Accounts where age cannot be verified are suspended pending document review.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you deposit into your pklk account, denominated in BDT (৳). Once a limit is in place, it takes effect immediately for reductions. Increases take 7 days to activate, giving you time to reconsider.
Enable session reminders to receive an on-screen notification after a set period of continuous play. You can also activate a time-out period — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks — during which your account is temporarily suspended from gameplay and deposits.
If you need a longer break, pklk's self-exclusion tool allows you to close your account for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Marketing communications are also suspended immediately.
Reality check notifications appear at intervals you configure — every 30, 60, or 90 minutes — showing your net session result in BDT (৳) and the total time elapsed. This helps you stay aware of your activity without interrupting gameplay unnecessarily.

Age Restriction Policy
pklk operates an absolute minimum age policy of 18 years. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the pklk platform. This policy applies without exception across all regions, including all cities in Bangladesh — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.
At the point of registration, every applicant is required to confirm that they are aged 18 or above. This declaration is a binding condition of account creation. Additionally, pklk reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any point to verify a player's age. Where verification is pending, deposit and withdrawal functionality is suspended until the review is complete.
If pklk discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, any balance will be withheld pending investigation, and all funds originating from an underage player will be returned to the payment source (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card) used for deposit after identity review.
Protecting Minors in Your Household
If you share a device — mobile phone, tablet, or computer — with younger family members, pklk strongly recommends the following precautions:
- Never save your pklk login credentials on a shared device.
- Always log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or family devices.
- Use device-level parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites for children in your household.

- Borrowing money — including mobile banking transfers via bKash or Nagad — to fund gambling activity.
- Continuing to gamble even after promising yourself or others that you would stop.

Deposit Limits & Spending Controls
Deposit limits are one of the most effective tools for staying in control of your gambling spend. pklk allows every registered player to set a cap on how much they deposit into their account over a defined period. Limits are applied in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and can be configured for the following intervals:
- Daily limit — the maximum amount you can deposit within any single 24-hour period.
- Weekly limit — the maximum amount you can deposit within any rolling 7-day period.
- Monthly limit — the maximum amount you can deposit within any rolling 30-day calendar period.
You can set, view, and adjust your deposit limits at any time through your account settings page. When multiple limits are active simultaneously, the most restrictive limit will always apply. For example, if your weekly limit is ৳3,000 and your monthly limit is ৳8,000, you will not be permitted to deposit more than ৳3,000 in any single week even if your monthly allowance has not yet been reached.
How to Set a Deposit Limit on pklk
Follow these steps to activate or adjust a deposit limit on your account:
Log in to your pklk account
Access your account using your registered mobile number or email address and your password.
Navigate to Responsible Gaming settings
Go to Account Settings and select the Responsible Gaming or Player Protection section from the menu.
Select your limit type
Choose whether to set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. You may set more than one simultaneously.
Enter your limit amount in BDT (৳)
Type the maximum deposit amount you wish to apply for the selected period and confirm your choice.
Confirm the change
Reductions take effect immediately. If you are increasing an existing limit, a 7-day cooling-off period applies before the higher limit becomes active.
Cooling-off period explained. The 7-day delay on limit increases is an intentional player protection feature — not a technical delay. It gives you time to reconsider a decision made in the heat of the moment. Decreases apply instantly because they always increase protection.

Time-Out & Session Controls
Sometimes a player needs a short break from the platform without committing to a full self-exclusion. pklk's time-out feature allows you to suspend your account temporarily for a period of your choosing. During a time-out, you cannot log in, make deposits, or place bets. Any pre-existing scheduled payments will also be paused for the duration.
Available Time-Out Durations
- 24 hours — a short pause for players who need a brief cooldown after an intense session.
- 48 hours — a weekend break or a two-day reset period.
- 7 days — a one-week break, suitable for players noticing early warning signs of overplay.
- 30 days — a one-month pause to reassess your relationship with gambling.
- 42 days (6 weeks) — the maximum time-out period before the self-exclusion programme is recommended.
Time-out periods are activated immediately upon request and cannot be reversed before the selected duration expires. This is by design — it ensures the tool provides a genuine, effective break rather than one that can be undone impulsively. Once the time-out period has elapsed, your account is automatically reactivated and you may log in again without any further action required on your part.
Session Reminder Notifications
Separate from the time-out feature, pklk offers configurable session reminders that appear as on-screen notifications during active gameplay. You may set a reminder interval of 30, 60, or 90 minutes. When the interval is reached, a brief notification will display your total session duration and your net result in BDT (৳) for that session. You can dismiss the notification and continue playing, or choose to log out. Session reminders do not enforce a break — they are informational tools designed to promote awareness and mindful play.
Tip. Players in Dhaka and other major cities often play pklk during commutes or late evenings. Setting a 60-minute session reminder is a practical way to keep sessions time-bounded without needing to watch the clock yourself. All timestamps on pklk use Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Self-Exclusion Tools
Self-exclusion is the most comprehensive player protection tool available on the pklk platform. It is designed for players who recognise that they have lost control of their gambling and need a meaningful, extended break to regain it. Self-exclusion is distinct from the time-out feature in that it covers a significantly longer minimum period and carries additional protective measures during the exclusion window.
Self-Exclusion Periods
Players may apply for self-exclusion for the following durations:
- 6 months — the minimum self-exclusion period.
- 12 months — a full year away from the platform.
- 3 years — a long-term exclusion for players with serious concerns.
- Permanent (indefinite) — a lifetime exclusion from pklk. This option is irreversible.
What Happens During Self-Exclusion
Once your self-exclusion request is processed by our player welfare team (within 24 hours of submission), the following protections are applied to your account:
- Your account is immediately locked — login, deposits, and gameplay are all suspended.
- All marketing communications from pklk — including promotional emails, SMS, and in-app notifications — are stopped.
- Any bonus balance is forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed and returned to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, or card) after identity verification, subject to our standard withdrawal processing time.
- pklk's systems will flag any attempted login from your account and will not permit access for the duration of the exclusion period.
How to Apply for Self-Exclusion
To request self-exclusion, contact our player welfare team directly via live chat on the pklk platform, or write to us at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Please include your registered mobile number and the exclusion duration you are requesting. Our team will confirm the exclusion within 24 hours and send a written acknowledgement.
You may not apply to reverse a self-exclusion before the agreed period has expired. When a fixed-period self-exclusion expires, your account will not be automatically reactivated — you must contact our support team to confirm you wish to resume play, and a 24-hour cooling-off period will apply before access is restored.
Permanent exclusion is irreversible. If you select a permanent self-exclusion, pklk will close your account with no possibility of reinstatement. Please consider this option carefully, and if you are unsure, start with a 6-month or 12-month exclusion first.
